AlwaysDisclose provides automated, user-directed form filling. No human review or legal opinion is supplied. You control all content; we do not select answers or apply legal judgment.
This service is intended for homeowners or individuals legally responsible for disclosing property conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.
Users may not: engage in illegal activity, use bots or scrapers, attempt to reverse-engineer the site, tamper with form logic, impersonate others, or submit any malicious code.
Users receive a PIN to return to or modify a saved disclosure. These PINs are randomly generated and automatically deleted after 30 days.
Our Service may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.
All platform content is the property of My Disclosure LLC. The disclosure forms themselves are issued by state agencies or relevant Realtor® associations. Users cannot submit content or post materials beyond filling out the provided disclosure forms. There are no public profiles, comments, or messaging tools.
The use of AlwaysDisclose.com is entirely free for home sellers. There are no hidden charges or upsells.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALWAYSDISCLOSE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nevada law governs these Terms. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the AAA Commercial Rules. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AlwaysDisclose regarding the Service.
